Individual Psychotherapy
Licensed trauma-informed psychotherapy for CA residents who are ready to understand and re-negotiate long-standing emotional and relational patterns.
This is a clinical mental health service designed to support deep healing — not by erasing your past, but by helping your nervous system move through what’s been stuck and build new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Who It’s For
Therapy may be a good fit if you:
Feel stuck in patterns connected to past experiences or trauma
Struggle with anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, mood instability, ADHD, or relational distress
Want to explore attachment patterns, identity development, or complex trauma
Struggle with confusion and inconsistency between your thoughts and your feelings
Want to know why things feel hard, not just how to push through
This work often resonates with individuals who identify as neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, or who adapted early in life to survive difficult relational or systemic environments.
WhAT WE FOCUS ON
Therapy is a space to slow down and gently explore what shaped you — and how those adaptations are still showing up.
Our work may include:
Understanding the deeper roots of current symptoms or relational patterns
Processing trauma or adverse early life experiences
Building emotional awareness and capacity
Developing self-compassion and internal stability
Restoring a sense of safety in connection
I integrate evidence-based clinical models with a relational, nervous-system-informed approach. I use a blend of top-down approaches including CBT, ACT, and parts work, as well as bottom-up approaches including brainspotting, and somatic experiencing techniques. We move at a pace that honors your readiness.
