Find Flow Wellness was founded on the belief that wellness happens in relationship.
This page is where you meet those you’ll be in relationship with.
OUR TEAM
Catie Rossi, LCSW
Founder & Therapist
I'm a queer, neurodivergent therapist and coach based in Southern California. I founded Find Flow Wellness to offer the kind of support I once needed and couldn't find; grounded in acceptance, embodiment, authenticity, and real relationship.
I lived stuck for a long time. I carried patterns I couldn't name, unsure how to move forward, and was held together by my connection with horses. Therapy helped me put words to my experience, but more importantly, it invited me into relationship with my own nervous system. This practice is my way of honoring that journey, and of creating space for others to access their own. My work as a therapist has given me profound honor and joy of witnessing the toughest and tenderest things, and watching clients find the feeling of home in themselves and in their lives.
My work is integrative and adaptive. I draw from somatic, trauma-informed, and attachment-based frameworks, and I tailor my approach to each person. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all healing.
I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, identity, and relational patterns. I also really love to work with individuals living at the intersection of queerness, neurodivergence, and other underrepresented experiences. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in film and television. That background of passion for storytelling, complexity, and the messiness of being human still lives in how I show up in this work.
