For people who are ready to stop performing connection and start actually feeling it.

You know what it’s like to understand yourself, and yet you still find yourself running the same patterns in your relationships.

Maybe you grew up learning that your needs were too much, or not quite right. Maybe love came with conditions you had to work to meet. Maybe you’ve spent years adapting to environments that weren’t built for how you’re wired. You’ve masked, performed, contorted; and the cost shows up most in how hard it still is to let people in. Maybe you’re queer, and you came of age without the relationship blueprints that other people seemed to inherit naturally. You’ve had to build your sense of self, and your sense of how to love and be loved, largely from scratch.

Whatever path brought you here, what tends to be true is this: the relationship you have with yourself - with your own body, your own needs, your own voice - is the one that shapes everything else. That’s the ground we work on.

Coaching with me is forward-facing and body-aware. We slow it down and pay attention to the play-by-play in your process, to find exactly where you get stuck. This is not to reprocess the past. The purpose is to help you recognize your patterns as they’re happening and practice something different: with yourself, in your relationships, & in how you move through the world.

Progress is the actual point. If something isn’t moving, we change the approach.

Who It’s For

  • Understand your patterns intellectually but still find yourself stuck in them, especially in your relationships

  • Grew up queer, neurodivergent, or both. You have had to figure out love, connection, and identity largely without a map

  • Are done with the version of yourself that keeps people at a comfortable distance. You’re ready to try something different

  • Have done meaningful therapy work and want to move from understanding to actually living differently, in your relationships and your life

  • Want to build a clearer, more trusting relationship with yourself first, because you know that’s what everything else rests on

  • Are navigating a specific relational challenge: a partnership, a family dynamic, a friendship - and you want grounded, practical support

  • Are in a season of transition and want help building what’s next, with the support of someone who can hold both the big picture vision and the details of your process at the same time.

This is not a fit if you’re in active crisis, processing deep trauma, or need clinical diagnosis and treatment.

How We Work

Most of our work will come back to relationship in some form — with other people, and with yourself.

That might look like:

  • Recognizing attachment patterns that are running the show in your close relationships

  • Building the capacity to be known, and to let people in without bracing for what comes next

  • Developing a more honest, trusting relationship with your own needs and instincts, & learning to treat yourself as a reliable source of wisdom.

  • Practicing boundaries, communication, and repair in ways that feel authentic rather than scripted

  • Learning to work with your brain and body rather than fight it, so that conscious intention becomes something you can actually access in real moments.

  • Getting clear on what you want your relationships to look like, and building towards that

  • Moving through decision paralysis, creative blocks, or transition anxiety with steadiness

  • Learning to work with your ADHD or autistic brain as a feature, not a bug


We focus on embodied action — not just insight, but what it actually feels like to do something different.

Format & Structure

Coaching is fully virtual and available to anyone anywhere. Session length and frequency are co-designed around your goals and your rhythm. We figure out what actually works for you.

There’s no rigid program structure. No homework you’ll hate. Just consistent, real support that adjusts as you do.

What COACHING is not

Coaching is not a quick fix or a mindset overhaul.

Coaching is not therapy, and it’s not a substitute for it. It’s not insurance reimbursable. This space doesn’t involve clinical diagnosis, trauma processing, or treatment for mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, PTSD, or mood disorders. If that’s what you need, I’d love to talk to you about therapy instead, or help you find the right fit if I’m not it.

How do we figure out which path is right for you?

The free consultation isn't just a meet-and-greet. It's also where we figure out together whether coaching is the right fit for where you are right now.

Coaching at Find Flow Wellness is designed for people who are in a place of relative emotional stability; not because your life is perfect or easy, but because you're not currently in a mental health crisis or in need of active clinical treatment. Before beginning coaching, I do a brief assessment of your circumstance and what you're hoping to get from the work.

If it seems like therapy would serve you better, whether with me or someone else, I'll say so clearly and help you find your way there. This isn't about gatekeeping; it's about making sure you get the right kind of support for where you are.
